about

The overall sense of tension of this album is no coincidence, nor is it a contrived attempt to simply write a heavier record than Dear television or Coke and money... although, it certainly does take the ideas touched on those two records and juice them to some extreme levels.

The themes of this record are a bit scattered, though many tracks focus on the deteriorating global political and economical situation, American culture of consumerism, tv and apathy, domestic violence, desperation and control.

about

cats don't have souls Albany, New York

Cats don’t have souls started off as a minimalist deathrock duo and polluted itself into a drunken and deranged sound experimental prog obsessed entity with a personality disorder. Please be considerate of others and don't play this too loud.
